No changes will be allowed after this submission except for substitutes and changes required by WHSCA staff. Players must be in playing-order strength. A 150 rating point variance is allowed for the coach to put players in playing strength order, if the ratings do not reflect true playing strength. Teams must be 5 player teams. No teams of less than 5 players will be allowed.

JV Event Players
